Alfredo Mac & Broc

Our house-made vegan mac & broc with noodles and broccoli all smothered in alfredo!  

Keep frozen. 

Ingredients:  Wheat noodles, cashews, vegan butter, organic veggies, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, vinegar, organic veggies, spices. 

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight and bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbling.

To cook from frozen, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake with lid on for 1 hour. uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until golden & bubbling.
