Vegan Roasted Vegetable Lasagna- Frozen

Vegan lasagna layered with roasted eggplant & squash, vegan ricotta, house-made tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella.

Ingredients: Pasta, tomatoes, organic seasonal veggies, organic tofu, cashews, oil, nutritional yeast, spices, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar. 

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight and bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbling.
