Where do you deliver?

We offer at least 3 GF mains and sides each week. Please view our “weekly menu” page to see ingredients. Please note there may be cross contamination as we are not a GF kitchen.

You do not need to be home! If you want to leave a cooler out, we can place your bag in there to stay colder until you get home.

Absolutely not! The Conscious Kitchen strives to offer food for everyone whether you are vegan, veg-curious, zero-waste, or just trying to reduce your impact on our planet. We want to make sustainable & ethical food as accessible and easy for everyone who wants it!

We supply all of the containers used for your purchases. We supply compostable/recyclable containers & a reusable container program for subscription customers. Our reusable containers high quality, BPA-free plastic. All of the containers are then sanitized in our kitchen before they are used again.

Yes. Delivery is $7.50, but we do require that your order be at least $65 to qualify for delivery

No! You can order as frequently as you'd like or sign up for a weekly subscription!

Roughly 85% of our ingredients are organically sourced and 75% are locally sourced during the growing season. Most of our vegetables and some grains and legumes are sourced locally and we curate our prepared meals in accordance to what is in season. See “about us” for more info.
