Roasted Cauliflower Marbella

A vegan take on chicken marbella- roasted cauliflower with a sweet & tangy sauce with olives and capers. GF

Ingredients: Organic cauliflower, vinegar, organic herbs, wine, prunes, olives, capers, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Heat up until warm. 

 

Cashew "Chicken" Salad

A fresh salad with marinated & roasted "honey" soy tofu, fresh & crisp veggies, mandarins, lettuce, and a soy-scallion dressing. GF

Ingredients: Organic tofu, organic seasonal veggies, sesame seeds, GF tamari, cashews, maple syrup, sugar, vinegar, organic herbs, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Eat cold.

 

Herby Stewed Beans with Blistered Tomatoes & Mushrooms

A fresh & comforting dish with stewed local beans and fresh herbs, blistered tomatoes and mushrooms & our house-made feta. GF

Ingredients: Organic local beans, organic seasonal veggies, organic tofu, coconut oil, vinegar, organic herbs, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Veggie & Tofu Stir-Fry with Garlic-Chili Sauce

A flavourful Asian inspired stir-fry with fresh veggies, crispy tofu, and a garlic-chili soy sauce. GF NF

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, organic tofu, organic herbs, brown sugar, organic GF tamari, sesame oil, chili oil, sesame seeds, organic garlic & ginger, oil, salt, spices.

Curried Red Lentil & Tomato Soup

A creamy pureed soup with tomato, ginger, red lentils, coconut yogurt, and curry. GF NF

Chimichuri Bowl

A fresh bowl loaded with local veggies, roasted tofu, brown rice, and chimichurri sauce. GF
