Smokey Jalapeno Bean Burgers with Tomato Jam

Flavour-packed, house-made bean patties made with local & organic beans, and topped with vegan cheese, served alongside a tomato jam. GF

Ingredients: Organic beans, organic seasonal veggies, GF flour, organic cornmeal, tomatoes, walnuts, organic herbs, pumpkin seeds, balsamic, sugar, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions -Heat up patties, keep jam cold.

Napa and Kale Slaw Salad with Crunchy BBQ "Chicken"

A fresh and crunchy salad with crisp veggies, crispy chickpeas, bbq vegan chicken, and a pickled jalapeño ranch .

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, vegan chicken, organic chickpeas, cashews, pickled jalepenos, dijon, nutritonal yeast, seeds, vinegar, organic herbs, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Eat cold.  

 

Butternut Squash Pasta with Walnuts & Sage

A hearty & creamy pasta with a butternut squash sauce, spinach, and crispy walnuts & sage.

Ingredients: Organic pasta, organic seasonal veggies, vegan parm, organic herbs, nutritional yeast, organic lemon juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions -Heat up pasta in the microwave or stove.

 

Orange Tofu & Veggies

A flavourful Asian inspired stir-fry with fresh veggies, crispy tofu, and a house-made orange sauce. Add rice to complete the dish! GF

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, organic tofu, organic rice, organic herbs, organic orange juice, brown sugar, organic GF tamari, sesame seeds, organic garlic & ginger, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Heat in a microwave or oven until hot.

 

Corn Chowder

A fresh and creamy soup with fresh corn, potatoes, veggies, and a coconut-curry base. GF NF

Harissa Apricot Meatballs

Delicious harissa flavoured vegan meatballs made with impossible meat, lentils, and apricots served with a house-made tahini sauce.

Ingredients: Impossible vegan meat, breadcrumbs, organic lentils, apricots, organic onions, maple syrup, organic herbs, organic garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Heat up meatballs in the microwave or oven. Keep sauce cold.


Baked Pasta with Tofu Ricotta

A baked pasta with roasted veggies, our house made creamy rose sauce, fresh greens and herbs, topped with tofu ricotta.

Ingredients: Pasta, organic seasonal veggies, organic soymilk, organic tofu, cashews, nutritional yeast, organic herbs, organic garlic, vinegar, lemon/lime juice, olive oil, salt, spices.

Cobb Salad

A fresh salad with local & organic greens, fresh vegetables, tofu egg salad, tempeh bacon and a lemon-thyme vinaigrette. GF NF
