Grilled Lemon Tofu Bowl

A fresh bowl with couscous pilaf, greens, fresh veg, grilled lemon marinated tofu and a tzatziki dressing.

Mediterranean Salad Bowl

A fresh & flavourful bowl loaded with fresh greens, lentil herbed rice, house-made kefta, tahini sauce, pickles, and a roasted garlic hummus. GF

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, coconut milk, thai curry paste, organic tofu, coconut oil, vinegar, olives, mustard, maple syrup, organic garlic, organic lemon juice, nutritional yeast, oil, salt, spices.

Serving Instructions - Eat the salad cold. Warm up the soup.

Dinner Mains:

Vegan Kefta with Cashew Tzatziki

Herbey vegan kefta made with impossible meat served with a vegan cashew tzatziki, over lentil spiced rice. GF

Ingredients: Impossible vegan meat, organic rice, organic lentils, GF breadcrumbs, cashews, organic cucumbers, organic red onions, maple syrup, organic herbs, organic garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, salt, spices.

Asparagus & Couscous Pilaf

A perfect summer dinner! Couscous pilaf with grilled asparagus & lemon, topped with a
pistachio crumb & roasted chickpeas.
