How to Cancel Subscription or Reactivate Subscription

You can cancel your meal subscription at any time by following the instructions detailed in this document.

Cancel Meal Subscription

Cancel Subscription on Desktop

Step 1: Login to your account by clicking the little account icon in the top right corner of our website.

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscriptions' under the My Account header. 

Step 3: You'll then be redirected to your Subscription account, from here find your Active subscriptions and click the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button.

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' in the bottom left corner. 

Step 5: Select your reason for cancelling and then click 'NEXT'

Step 6: Enter any additional comments you might have that can help us improve our service, then click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'

Step 7: Once you have cancelled your subscription, it will then show in your subscription account under 'Inactive subscriptions'. If you want to reactive your subscription you can simply click on 'RE-ACTIVE'. This will reactive subscription with all of the previous information.

Cancel Subscription on Mobile

Step 1: Head to 'My Account' by clicking on the menu icon in the top left corner and then 'Log in'

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscriptions' under the My Account header. 

Step 3: You'll then be redirected to your Subscription account portal where you can cancel, amend and edit subscriptions. Find 'Active subscriptions' and click the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button.

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' in the bottom left corner. 

Step 5: Select your reason for cancelling subscription and then click 'NEXT'

Step 6: Enter any additional comments you might have that can help us improve our service, then click 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'

Step 7: To view your now cancelled subscription click 'Back to subscriptions list'. Your cancelled subscription will now show under 'Inactive subscriptions.

Step 8: To re-active your subscription find the subscription you cancelled and click 'RE-ACTIVE' to reactive your old subscription.

Re-activate Meal Subscription

Reactivate Subscription on Desktop

Step 1: Login to your account by clicking the little account icon in the top right corner of our website.

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscriptions' under the My Account header. 

Step 3: You'll then be redirected to your Subscription account, from here find your Inactive subscriptions and click the 'RE-ACTIVATE' button to reactivate your subscription.

Step 4: A side menu will pop-up, click 'RE-ACTIVE' in here to reactive your subscription. Your subscription will then be reactivated.

 

Reactivate Subscription on Mobile

Step 1: Head to 'My Account' by clicking on the menu icon in the top left corner and then 'Log in'

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscriptions' under the My Account header. 

Step 3: You'll then be redirected to your Subscription account portal, under 'Inactive subscriptions' you will find your previous subscriptions and any weekly subscriptions that have been cancelled. Find the subscription you want to reactive and click 'RE-ACTIVE'

Step 4: Another screen will pop up, you can then select 'RE-ACTIVE' again. This will reactive previous subscription. Shipping address, payment details, and frequency will all be restored.
