Your weekly meal subscription renews every week. Payment will be taken for your subscription every Sunday. You can skip an upcoming order as long as this is done before our cut-off point, which is midnight on Saturday before your delivery. You can skip up to 4 weeks in advance.

How to skip upcoming orders on your desktop/laptop

Step 1: Sign into your subscription portal by either following this link: https://theconsciousfarmkitchen.com/tools/recurring/login or by clicking the little account icon in the top right corner of our website.

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscriptions' 

Step 3: Click 'View upcoming orders'

Step 4: Click on 'Skip' next to the order you want to skip.

Please note: The date showing is your charge date, this always falls on a Sunday. Please choose the charge before the week you wish to skip.

Step 5: A pop-up will appear, in the pop up you will be able to see the charge date you are skipping. If this is the charge date you wish to skip, click 'Please skip this order'

Please note: the date showing is your charge date, the order will be delivered the following week. Please ensure you are selecting the correct charge date for the week you want to skip a delivery.

Your order is now skipped, if you wish to unskip you can do so before our cut-off which is midnight on Saturday before your delivery.

How to skip upcoming orders on your mobile

Step 2: Click 'Manage Subscription'

Step 3: Click 'View upcoming orders'

Step 4: Click on 'Skip' next to the order you want to skip.
